Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps – Quick, Easy & High Protein

Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
2large bonelessskinless chicken breasts, diced into cubes
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoonItalian herb seasoning
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/4cupchopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoonsaltor to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2cupsour cream
5teaspoonslight mayonnaise
4teaspoonslemon juice
2teaspoonsminced fresh garlic
1teaspoononion powder
Additional Ingredients:
Olive oil spray or extra olive oilfor toasting wraps
4large flour tortillas
Equipment

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken Dice the chicken breast into cubes and transfer into a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian herb seasoning, pepper, and salt . Mix well and let the chicken marinate for 10 mins.
Make the the Creamy Garlic SauceWhile the chicken marinates, proceed to make sauce. In a bowl or blender add ½ cup sour cream, 5 tsp light mayo, 4 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp onion powder. Mix or blend until properly combined and smooth.
Sauté the Chicken In a skillet, over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook the chicken for about 4 mins on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside once properly cooked.
Assemble the Wraps Lay out your tortillas. Spread a spoonful of the sauce evenly on each. Divide chicken evenly among tortillas. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the chicken, and add chopped parsley .
Toast to Perfection Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Place wraps seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat. Spray with olive oil if you want, then toast for 2 - 3 minutes per side until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
Serve Once ready, remove the wraps from the skillet, and serve.
